RenewTrack is a subscription and renewal tracking tool that helps users manage recurring payments, renewal dates, reminders, and related information.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials,
- all activity under your account,
- providing accurate information.

5. Payments

6. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for unused time, cancelled subscriptions, or service interruption not caused by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription according to the options available in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund.

All rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and content owned by us, remain our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us permission to store, process, and display that data only to operate the Service and provide features to you.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Service unlawfully.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that reminders, notifications, or uptime will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.
